If you love cats, my positive message in a children’s book has a very lovable cat character named Love. Click to the book or author page to see her. She is motivated into action by her friend and co-character, a frog named Peace. Love is a feline, feminine character defined by her grace and quick support to the unfolding of the story. Peace is a frog that posses a strong strength because he is a leader character. As the leader character he is usually giving an urging message or holds the power of persuasion. I feel children can identify with the cat as an animal but the fictional magic just makes the depth of the animal character a greater reality. Cats are hazy, lazily awaken and frogs are transformational. If you love cats getting to know Love as a cat is to see beauty and grace as the word would lead one to envision. Seeing, hearing and believing in their story is positively divine.
Children’s book: A Day With Peace and Love holds a positive message defined by a lovable cat character.

The magic in fictional children’s book stories
A Day With Peace and Love, is a fictional children’s book story. It features a small and sweet relationship between talking animals. Marketing fiction is an exciting industry today. My story doesn’t have flying broom sticks or magic wands but it does have magic. The magic created by my characters, who are simple and good to believe in. A Day with Peace and Love delivers a clear objective story that carries with it a strong connection to goodness. This short picture book for young children is about goodness, peace and love–something that will bring them sweet dreams.
Comments welcomed: comments on fictional reading to children and appropriate ages when introducing simple tragedy would be of interest to me and perhaps anyone else reading this entry. Thank you…Peace and Love.

The beauty of the redundant with the words Peace and Love
If today someone could have redundantly repeated the words peace and love to me it would have been a better working day! Days for adults can be difficult and trying! Often times that can be the same vibration of feelings we bring home to our children. Bedtime is not always the best time to read to our children. What about a few minutes upon arriving home? Hug up the little ones and read a soothing story of two characters with the names of Peace and Love…it would change the evening to a much better place. Leave the work to the office and the greater love to the home and children. My story book even has a page separate for parents. It is an adult poem that summaries the story into greater rhythm and reason. Do yourselves and your children a favor and put the story of, A Day With Peace and Love, to a daily ritual of reading and change your feelings of self, home and others for the time of the story and even for life.

Susan Koch Sheppard has got a new website for her children storybook “A Day With Peace and Love”
Hello world…it is my hope that this new website will bring my story/picture book “A Day With Peace and Love” to more children and parents. In this blog I would like to communicate the benefits of reading to children of all ages. I have a one month old grandson and I witnessed my daughter reading to him and the look of content even on his young face was amazing. They like the lulling sound of the beloved voice of the reader, words flowing in a steady stream of sounds, creating their surrounding environment, which gives them the feeling of security and peace. I read to my children but it has been many years and it is different to see things as a third person and the rendered benefits. I know the words of my book give this content atmosphere and it is my hope that you would purchase the book to extend this same grace of good reading to your children. This story book is one that adults feel and enjoy the meaning and full portrayal. A doctor at the hospital I work at read, “A Day With Peace and Love,” one morning after working the night shift and he said, “I wish I could have had these characters warm and peaceful day.” So as the author I can only offer the gift and hope you extend the gift on to your children. Enjoy a “A Day with Peace and Love.”
